How about if I give you an example...
Remember when you were a kid, you were afraid of silly things you could'nt see... "boogey men", "ghosts", and the sort... part of that fear was not knowing, and a larger part was not knowing where those critters were at...
TDC is everywhere, and nowhere... we are the one and the zero... we are all and one.
We blend in, we do not need to be seen, but it is known that we exist. We act without being seen... we act for all.

It's all about balance, and that's what we maintain.
But you ask... what balance?
The balance is the thing that allows us all to live and exist, Man, Machine, and Exile...
Think back to what the One... Neo... accomplished...
He did not do it all alone, he managed to do these things because was willing to work with others, to help them, to preserve them.
If not for the Merovingian, the Keymaker would have been terminated before his time...
Without the Keymaker would Neo have learned the truth? Possible, but I doubt it...
Without the Machines would the human race still be alive? No... they would have died out without sun light to grow food, hence our reliance on... synthetic foods.
And what about those exiles? Nothing but resource wasting creatures... no? Again, the humans use them to preserve their balance against the machines... if they know it or not.
Seems the exiles need no one right? Wrong... Without the machines the exiles do not exist... and for the machines to exist... they need humans...
A vicious cycle no doubt... but this is the balance that keeps us all interlocked into one

If you've already spoken with the Oracle you'll remember she mentioned, "who to join, who to oppose". I'd like to remind all of you newly awakened that the Oracle is a Machine program, a part of their system of control. Do you follow what another being orders of you blindly? Would you torture or kill a program or person simply because it is the Merovingian's will? Would you do as Lock commands you simply because you are a soldier and soldiers obey orders? Would you delete a program or kill a person because an Agent stated that they no longer serve a purpose?
We of The Daemon Contingency would not. We think for ourselves and fight for the survival of all living beings. Human, Machine and Programs/Exiles.
Do you ever wonder what the Merovingian, Lock and the Machines are up to? What potential mistakes they may be making in light of the truce, thereby threatening all life?

After carefully reviewing this with our crack team of lawyers... they say representing our house with the ownage applied would be "False" advertising... as it does not depict the actual ownage served upon your house...
However they did say we can spew out very vague and general comments in relation to ownage, that may or may not result in people having nightmares...
They then told us we might be liable for mental anquish at that point...
However they said placing a link to our website was ok... seems to be the only thing they do approve of...
In light of the recent... for lack of a better word... Zombie outbreak in the city. I believe it is time for The Daemon Contingency to form a Paranormal division to be prepare for such things now... and in the future.
Many may say that the Merovingian has something to do with this, but it's not his style...
Recruitment for this division should start as soon as possible, beginning with a knowledgeable captain to head it up, and an equally competent second in command.
Which branch of The Daemon Contingency they join does not matter, what does matter is getting expertise in these... abnormal creatures brought in house. Those seeking to sign up must contact a captain of the Daemon Contingency to start the recruitment process.
Until a team can be formed, all Daemon Contingency operatives should stay on alert for anything... strange. It is rumored that these creatures are a by-product of a corporate experiment... investigation of regional bio-tech companies is underway.

So what does this mean?
It means that we keep an eye out for problems... we do not need to be seen to be ready to act, we observe, we wait for when the conditions are right... or in some cases... wrong... to act.
We constantly look to the future, preparing for events that endanger the balance of power, or worse yet... endanger the truce.
We are the program that runs in the background... always ready... always watching.

For starters, Bashta, you have absolutely no right hijacking our thread. This is against forum rules and regulations. This thread is for the recruitments of players for The Daemon Contingency BY members of The Daemon Contingency. For you to involve yourself in this process is in direct violation of forum policies. I kindly ask that you refrain from doing this again on our post, or any others for that matter, or you may face being reported to forum Moderators.
Secondly, I don't condone the outward expression of personal feelings toward another player ((good or bad)). Although, you are entitled to your own opinion, forums are not the place to handle those topics.
The next time I find you belittling a member of this ((or any other)) faction, I will personally report you to the proper administrators. How dare you come into this topic and try to speak on behalf of a faction that you are NOT a part of. According to the CONSTITUTION we currently have in place ((the same Constitution you agreed to upon joining this faction)), what your ship committed was in DIRECT violation of Section B. I find it difficult to understand how you have any say in the development of a faction you abandoned!
Now... For the rest of you reading this. I whole-heartedly apologize for this blatant display of disrespect toward our faction... It is true that TDC is currently undergoing a reform. However, I strongly believe that this reform is beneficial to the future of TDC. Players that have been active SINCE the beginning (beta and launch), know that this game is NOT what is was supposed to be. Had this game been developed in the way it was intended, the Tri-Org philosophy may have been easily accomplished. However, this game offers no flexibility for that sort of game-play. TDC puts its players before anything else. We knew that being Tri-Org hurt us in the eyes of Liaisons and was detrimental in relationships with other Factions. We are currently restructuring our method of gaming withing MxO to better suit the needs of our players.
We ask that you bare with us during this reform as many changes may hinder our recruitments for a brief period of time. Nevertheless, TDC still holds the same beliefs and philosophies it did as a Tri-Org faction... To maintain the peace for all sentient life within The Matrix. We chose Zion because that is what the majority of our players were dedicated to. Many of us ((machines and exiles)) spent a GREAT deal of time grinding our reputations of lvl 50 Characters to Zion. Those us made that sacrifice for the greater good of TDC :: MxO That sort of dedication can't be found in many places!

Thanks Crowlos! It wasn't exactly an easy thing for our faction, but as you may see, there are quite a few familiar faces running around with a new org tag above their heads now. *smiles at Etoxic*
Still, even though we have gone to just one org, it was more in the spirit of keeping our members closer together as a faction. We are still committed to the goal of achieving a once and for all peace agreement for all.
