Ok folks I can understand everyone's point of view here regarding all the confusion and the like. I really need everyone to take a step back for a second and remember that we will do our best to help assist everyone with the issues at hand.

Creating a negative community environment by posting in the manner which some users have been posting is not appropriate, it's considered inciting the community and can result in removal from the forums.

Sure people will want to say things that are not supportive of what we're doing however it must be conducted in an acceptable fasion, there is no exceptions to the rule. If you choose to post a non supportive post that's well and good, but there can be no flaming, no disparaging remarks, and above all else please be sure to review the forum rules. I really don't want to have to remove anyone else here.

And since I know that this will come up, freedom of speech on a privately owned and operated forum....We do have rules and regulations regarding this, which are agreed upon prior to posting so anything that is against said rules can be dealt with in the manner that we choose most suitable.

Thank you for understanding.

Joel "Raijinn" Sasaki

You do understand point of a forum is to discuss. And if we discuss that things are a bit negative does it not give yah guys a hint. Maybe just maybe theres a problem with the system, and mayne you need ot sit back and let the flames burn out or help put it out.

I've expressed quite a few times I'm doing everything in my power to assist those who were smitten by the problem, and will continue to do so. All I'm really requesting cooperation with the forum rules.

I realize there is an issue, I've never denied it however do keep in mind we are working on resolving the problems.

I think anyone would be tick off to see their friends account being banned. If this would happen to FA or TC people would be mad. This happened to kry and Reg which really made the a lot of people upset. Instead you could have, I dont know, talk over or do an investigation.

I know SoE didn't delete the character, they probably just disabled it.

To SoE: FYCN!

#10800061402 04/11/2006 20:41:23 Re: The manner in which you choose to conduct yourself...

Look everyone is heated, theres no doubt. And we understand where ur comin from, but every time one of these threads gets deleted, or you post a threatening message to people who have poured hours of their life into this game, or make a post in a way that looks like you're being arrogant or putting someone down....every one of those incidents shakes our confidence in this team. And at this rate, the damage is done I'm afraid. Still no explanation for ANYONE as to why those characters were straight up deleted instead of the accounts being suspended. That's not appropriate, I'm sorry, its just not. Especially over something as petty as $info. If you really cared so much, just restore the poor guy's info and call it done. *CENSORED* were you giving people $info for to make tournament prizes with anyway!? That's insanity to start with, if that was the case, which from what I've read...it is. player agreement, whatever. Do you kill a man for grand larceny? No, he does some hard time, but he lives and learns. Since when was deleting a character even something you all were allowed to do anyway? This is the first I've ever heard of that. Sounds like a parent that's lost control of its child just givin up on discipline and punchin the kid in the face until its unconscious.

Professionalism will be returned when we're shown some. You're workin on the situation and thats a start, but it better get fixed, that's all.

#10800061408 04/11/2006 20:44:09 Re: The manner in which you choose to conduct yourself...

Ok heres a possible solution there is a certain official which has received numerous player complaints on. I mean enough to fill threads lasting about 100 replies. Hmm perhaps someone should pull up his career log.

In steps GM Justero

Mr Official you been complained about 100's of times your descisions have come into heavy question and your actions seem a bit rash.

Apologize , Resign, or Explain yourself.

Sounds like a plan what you think. Pass that on to said official. and if He doesnt comply send it to Smedley if hes still around.

The thing is tho, what we hear from Walrus is that he's doin his job the right way. An ok I guess if thats really the case then we're all just real misinformed on what's supposed to happen during disciplinary actions. Theres obviously confusion here if his side says he's doin a great job and we're sayin he's not. I'm not stickin up for the man just yet cuz he's done some dirty deeds to me in the past but, im not to the point where i wont give him a chance. Maybe we all just got the wrong idea about what he's supposed to do. I mean shoot, who says the man even likes doin it? U know? What if his bosses are the ones we're really supposed to be beefin with cuz they tell him to ban for everything and he has to do it or he's fired. Im just tryin to look at this from angles that i haven't seen before u know? Im not sayin im right but, u can't ignore stuff like that. I'd be pissed off if everyone was hatin on me for doin what my bosses wanted me to do if i didn't wanna do it either. Who knows maybe he doesn't agree with what he has to do at all either but the job pays good and he's got kids to feed.

I don't understand SoE, I talk to NCSoft  they atleast hear people out.

I was banned for something stupid. Talk to their support people and took 2 days but they understood and lifted the ban to suspension.
They banned me because my stupid roommate downloaded those scam hacking the game and it took over and advertised.

Seriously, Getting someone delete for $info is dumb! Low and uncalled for.

It's not going to be an instant response since there is a queue. I wish I could give you a time frame but I don't see those numbers.

Ok here's the deal...*IF* the character is deleted don't recreate one with the same name, that will wipe out the old data.

The money which was the sum of $i 270mil needs to be repaid back to the rightful owner, the $info can be come up with by whoever wants to chip in. 30mil info was the prize amount which is why the 270mil needs to be repaid.

*IF* the money can be repaid prior to the suspension being over with then the characters will be back upon the lifting of the suspension.

$info is to be e-mailed in game to CSR_BREWKO_VECTOR and he will deliver this $info to the rightful owner.

If you have any questions please let me know.

Reg won 30 mill from the contest, he "took" 300 mill.

since 30 mill of it was rightfully his, he only needs to pay back the difference

Sorry, had a bad day SMILEY nvm

#10800061881 04/12/2006 14:23:49 Re: The manner in which you choose to conduct yourself...
This isn't really fair, because he shouldn't have to pay back anything.  First off they can't supply me back my Beta Glasses which I rightfully should have.  Then when someone makes a mistake by adding one more zero it is punishable by suspension?  Hypocritical if you ask me.  It is their fault that they gave away that info, not the person recieving it.  The devs agreed that if we participated in Beta we would be rewarded Beta Gear.  Yet when I logged on one day to check my inventory my Beta Glasses were gone, and I sent petitions and posted, yet I don't have my Glasses to this day.  Now if that isn't hypocritical or just unfair to have to repay money back to a player, then what is?

"From one Customer Service Professional to another". Is this not a prime example why we are having this discussion about the handling of "CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESNTIVES" approach to issues in a respectfully & professionally manner through the eyes of a customer or what? Since you said "Professional" I think it would have been a better decision for you to approach this thread with a little more "Professionalism" if you really wanted us to care about what you had to say. No one here is your child so your whole approach to this thread was out of line period. I've said this before "If you don't like what your reading, then don’t read it". Simple as that, it’s NOT hard to skip and move to the next post. This is common sense. From one player, to another.

Don’t Hate The Player… Hate The Game!

My post was made in two parts.  The first was directed at the player base... unfortunately I had to direct it to the lowest common denominator.  The second part was for Raijinn.  And if you had read my post, you would have also noted my desire to NOT have flames directed to me in public.

As for the rest of your post... *sigh* If you act like children... then you shall treated like children.  Again, that's life.  Deal with it or get out; there's the door.  *points to cancel button*

Ask me if I give a F#$% about what you *Desire* to not have directed to you in public. You don't want nothing directed to you in public then don't do this. *The first was directed at the player base*  Instead how about you just keep your mouth shut if you can't handle comments made to you in public. Now go sit in the corner and make sure to put your pacifier back in your mouth, and don't take it out until you can stop crying.

You don't like what your reading then use the little *X* at the top right corner of the window.
