Thanks for the props! Black Market Radio was created out of the need to fill that urban music listener void that was inentionally created by "other stations". Actually it was made just for our faction then we heard redpills complaining about "other stations".

Whenever you turn over to listen to them it seems that they either:

A) Play only Rock & Alternative music.
B) Play the same Rock & Alternative songs over and over.
C) Dont really cater to the Urban, HipHop, Reggae, Reggaeton, R&B & Rap listeners

Ive been in The Matrix since Algorithm and have noticed that there are lots of spanish speaking redpills and through asking the spanish speaking and african american community if they would like a station that doesnt play that many commercials with variety music well they said: "hell 2 da yeah!"

So, im the first one to say that Black Market Radio isnt for everyone. It is exclusively for those that like to listen other than the same songs over and over.

Now, dont get me wrong we are workin on adding more music genres but right now we are
focusing on the hip hop genre.

If you have issues with ur Radio Favorites in general then look at your c:\program files\monolith production\the matrix online\mpfavorites.txt and edit them there. You will need to restart game.

TBM is definitely trying to break the routine..Krytical.  We know that there are so many out there that want variety in music,  TBMR is it!  I know im tired of hearing the same ole music over and over,  and to add insult to injury they throw in old skool TV shows songs.... that's not radio!  Our faction is always trying to push the envelope with innovative thinking,  out of the box concepts and most of all breaking the monotiny of gameplay. 

This is why I don't understand why our parties are ganked on the regular??  We throw the banging parties and events,  but we get no love in game???  But that's a side note to all that might read this post.

There is a techno mix that has some world music and matrix songs thrown in it. We do have a hard rock techno mix but its 3 songs long!! LOL! Why u ask? Cuz all the "other stations" play that isht 24/7... so go listen to them if u want hard rock. When ur eardrum is ready for some hiphop come back to Black Market Radio. Thank You!

r radio will also be broadcasted thru some party/college scenes as well.. were just taking r radio and mixin it into mxo as well.. as well as some mixtapes going out.. free stree demos and such since we have cd duplicators at r studio.. so we can talk about non-mxo stuff as well..

But what is NeoSoul? NeoSoul IS alternative R&B? Rap-free jazz and R&B. This music combines traditional R&B elements and contemporary lyrics without the hard-driving rhythms and lyrics of hip-hop. It's very jazzy and sometimes slow. Example of a NeoSoul artist: Erykah Badu. Im sure there are some Neosoul jams in the mix but i feel that some people will fall asleep to it in the mega-city so there isnt very many NeoSoul songs played. Ill see what i can do.

Black Market Radio was born exactly for that reason. Every other station plays rock/metal/techno and play the same songs over and over. We dont play the same songs over and over and we play very little rock/metal. THank you for your comments.
