Mine:

I was known as 7even in the first few days of beta. I wanted to be "Seven" But it was taken. I searched for a cooler name than "7even". Using Google, i came across a topic on a forum. The topic was about what handle people would pick once MxO was released. Someone posted that they would like the name Pascal amongst other ones. So i used that. Thats right i stole the name from who ever posted that post. :smileysurprised:

My old faction thought i was some leet coder. :smileyvery-happySMILEYon't make me laugh. If you want 10 random numbers generated in VB.Net then i'm your man:smileywink: but thats about all i can do.

So thats how i came up with my name, how did you come up with yours ?

"Prisoner" is from the 1960s TV show "The Prisoner" starring Patrick McGoohan as No.6.

The Matrix derives or shares many concepts with "The Prisoner" particularly the notion of being trapped within a pocket reality as well as the pervasive, imprisoning nature of the world we live in.

"The Matrix is everywhere. It's all around us, even in this very room. You can see it when you look out your window or when you turn on your television. You can feel it when you go to work, when you go to church, when you pay your taxes" could have been lifted directly out of a Prisoner script, or rather from several episodes.

"The Prisoner" is the story of each of us trying to retain our individuality against the conforming pressures of the world.

As a tip of the hat to this amazing series and its influence on the Matrix, a very short sequence from "The Prisoner" appears directly in the final few minutes of "The Matrix."
