Listn to the interview with andy kaplan from AWR... he is talking about LESIG... we will see something soon i think...
about the DEV server... if there is any jobs free at SOE and u could get that.... then i think u can in to the dev server....
Walrus did state he'd be working on patch notes, dev journal and LESIG after he came back from holiday.
So far all we've got is the patch notes (not complaining btw, im glad to see the back end of the interlock bug)

As stated earlier info was given with the Andy Kaplan interview. Walrus will be updating it soon and letting us know whats going on...just wait, should be soon.
The Dev. servers are called QA Server (quality assurance). These were open back with Monolith but haven't been open since before the merge. There are plenty of threads about the status of this. It might be a while before they open them up again, but I think I remember them saying that they will be opened again. Just not til they get more important things fixed first because there was a flaw with the origional ones.
