I think the highest building in richland is club duality, but you cant jump off the top to the ground, you haft jump down another level then to the ground.

yeh, I can't do a mission in apollyon because if I try to teleport it times out. If I try to go on foot, there is an invisible wall somewhere right outside of magog s. This is weak sauce.
