...i was really far along on my patch (like 2 hours) and then it pops up and says (patch system error -4 anybody had this problem???...

i have windows security is but ive turned the firewall off already (doesnt work)...also i just got this computer yesterday and it has plenty of free space...i really need yalls help...i also tried to go to chat support but no one came on.

I canot finish my patch..it stops on a file called "rezmap.lbt"....ive done every thing that support has told me to...and ive even deleted the file but it keeps showing up as if i never deleted it....what do i do??? spme one plz help me......
