I did the first step, the launcher stopped at " scanning xprt.dll" and stucked there..... Then I tried the second step, but there's no folder beginning wih "an_"

The launcher did updated correctly , it just stoped at " scaning rezmap.ltb" and stucked there. I have spent about 5 hours on reinstalling my system and reinstalling the game, but it still did work at all..........
