Can you do the storyline missions for every organization on one character? If so are there any disadvantages? Do you have a different tag (- zion/machines) if you are doing different storyline missions, or is that based on rep? sry for so...

Recently downloaded MxO through direct download but now I need to reformat my computer. What do I need to save so i can keep playing once i format without having to pay for the download again?

Are there any missions/dungeons/events that you can only do at specific levels? Didn't want to pass them up...
