Not sure about anyone else but mine will glitch up If I put any of the character shadows on, high or low. I went back and checked the building shadows again It doesn't seem to effect the character's graphics. I'm not sure if it's effecting...

I was able to get rid of the texture glitches if I turned the charecter shadows and building shadows off, not sure if that helps any.
