What do you guys think is better for debuffing Exile hideout bosses, Despoiler or Skript Kiddie?

I am a bit confused, will we still be able to switch class/loadout at any time? Or our we fixed as one job? The refund got me to think this was the case, but the talk of the fighting styles changed that, and sort of confused me. Anyone kno...
