The crash report/submit is coming up every time I log on and off, even when I didn't crash. Is there a way to turn it off?

I'm level 6 now and my pet is still level 4. How and when does it upgrade? I've yet to figure out how to buy/train more abilities than what I got in my initial trees. No clue how the progression on that works.
