No problems here anymore... I think it had to do with congested zones... I started logging off from the loading area and I have not ran into the issue since.

Same issue as listed in Character loading problem in the other thread... be sure to post there to keep this all current for whoever may be listening at the Sony NOC

See the other thread about stuck at character loading bar... It seems that we're having the same problem on Recursion, but apparently Vector is working at least it seems ok so far...
