i couldnt take screenies...it seems it only happens when the npc doesnt see u so i think theyre trying to hide it... and i didnt bug because in thought i might be wrong and took it to the forums.

I dont know whether npcs are even supposed to evade or not but they do. And in a recent patch, it was stated that the evade bug was fixed and npc wouldnt regenerate full health when they evaded. Oh what a miracle!...Or what dissapointment....
