How do we go about getting this refund. I subbed a friend on the 1st June and deleted the card details after.

I tried contactin Live chat and that doesn't work. I can't phone them because it would cost a fortune rom the UK.

So where do we stand with this refund?

From Raijinn's posts, they will either refund your credit/debit card or mail you a check through the mail.  That's why it's important for you to update your address in your Account Info.

Even if you live in the UK? And i've deleted my card details so they can't refund me that way.

That's the feeling I got from the posts.  Just update your address and I'd imagine you'd get a check.

Working in accounting, I can tell you this:  Even though you've deleted your card details, they still have the original card on file.  They will also have the settlement report from whatever company processes the transactions with your bank as well.  So they should still be able to refund you on the same card.
