Oh ****, it's night here and less than 2 hours left!!
After contacting CS for help, they gave me a "pending" account for 3 days so I can resolve the issue in that time. That's why I can post here.
Yes, I've found the right page to renew my subscription, I just get an error after resubscribing (i.e. after choosing "1 month" and clicking OK).
Now, few questions:
They advised me to (among other things) remove my payment source and re-add it again. I don't know how, since my payment source doesn't have a "Delete" button (any new I add does have, but not the current one).
Also, I don't know how to reply to the CS. The standard method (going to "Service History", and clicking on the question title link) doesn't work, it takes me back to the "Service History" menu.
So, can I reply them via Email? Will they understand me?
