Signatures not working

I recently resubbed and I can't change my signature or send a PM to Virrago or Raijinn for help. I also see no Support section, so I'm posting here. Help!!!111!!one!1theone!11

The system takes a few hours to realize that you're actually resubbed and grant you permissions.

weekends are particularly slower as well. I had to wait 24 hrs b4.
