Pre-paid subscribers

I hope to get a clear answer here as a live chat did not give me much. My 90 SOE game card expires July 13. According to the sad news, SOE intends to stop billing and send me a check for the difference as of June 1st. I want to know if I will still be able to play the game until the 31st, and if I do not, how can I do so? SOE live chat said they could give me 3 days unless a supervisor (that was not there) could over ride it. Please help. Thanks.

Per the FAQ, you'll still be able to play until the ending events and you'll get a refund for the remainder of the time difference between June 1st and your pre-paid subscription end date.
