Yeah when i started one of my chars (going down sim tree) I noticed this. Kind of defeats the point of making and buffing a sim if it can be 1 hitted, lowbies need to 2 hit a 50's sim (ha ha ILL

As JE said, make the sim away from the battle and target the guy thats destroying it, interlock so he can't use it.
The sim tree is full of bugs. Times the sim will attack then do nothing.. i tend to hit follow then attack again and it seems to sort it out. Sims not using state specials (ok there is the odd time they do, always good he he) And the wandering sim can do your head in with no clue where its went. A marker on map (which i'v read many times before on these forums) would make all the difference. Oh also the buffer sim is a total nub ha ha Giving a buff that gives defence LOWER than the hyper you had on, doh.
It does seem a very good tree, been farming with it, haven't pvp'd yet, but theres obviously just to many flaws and has to be a tree taken with patience.
Oh and btw, if you shout and scream about a disadvantage, more and more people will click on and use it
