NEW PLAYER! PATCH ERROR! ANNOYING!!!

Alright, I played this game back in 2005, and loved it. I played 30 days and stopped because i was only 14 and had no visa to continue payments. =]

But I just re-downloaded the game, and now bought a new subscription and am now faced with a VERY ANNOYING situation.

I can't play because of the stupid patch error CRAP that keeps happenning to me. I tried finding the file, pythonMXO.dll ,  in the matrix folder, but it wasn't anywhere to be seen

so i have no idea why it is causing a         Patch System Error (result code -30)

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!! i just want to play. i've been struggling with this for 2 days. i'm wasting money, and want it fixed already. please someone give me a step by step to fixing this problem, because i'm all out of ideas.

Then I run full system check, and i get a Patch System Error (result code -29)

WHAT THE HECK DOES ALL THIS MEAN?!?

AND HOW DO I FIX IT?!?

this is so rediculious. they need to start fixing all these problems. this is just rediculious

Did you install the game from disk and are now trying to run the updates for the game? If so normally it updates ok. All I can suggest if the problem is still happening is to go on their support site, click on in-game support tab and logon it to make the petition.
