Hi there,

we all know that there are many big advertisement-signs in the game, reserved for ingame-advertisement. Because of MxO not beeing a game for the mass-market (like WoW), these signs are all empty (just "Add Space for rent" or something like that).

As far as I know, the atmospheric Matrix-advertisement (not real advertisement) former covered all of this signs. Would be cool to replace the many empty and boring signs with the old ones (not all perhaps, the "Space for rent"-things can be feel "real" too, especially in the "slums"). Would make the city more interesting, looking better, and less dead (if there is a lack in players in moment, especially on Syntax, this "dead" atmosphere should not be supported by this signs...)

I don't like the idea of ingame-advertisement at all, but that's not the point here. The signs are not used, so they could be replaced with the old, "fake" ones, which where often stylish and funny (when thinking about the nature of the Matrix).

I know, this is not really very important or a big win, but it would be nice and it would be not much work... (of course, somebody still must do it, even if it's not much work)

Just my opinion.

PS: We need a dev... (I know, that's not new)

Greetings

Dante

The signs were meant to be removed in the final update.

It didnt happen we got the news it would be sorted yet there they still stand.

We always said we should have a use for them.

I personally think it would be a good display place for the winning screenshot of the week screenies to be placed like a hall of fame but anyways as we all know they probably will still be there when we see the message.
