Officially this is a bug and I am not sure what is happening but I thought the community should be made aware, justin incase some of you might have this other product on your systems.
Again this isn't intended and we will be looking into the issue.

Sounds more like user error to me, no offense to the person. I do not understand how the folders are interacting with one-another unless there is shortcut issues.
