umm.... by the looks of your offer im guessing you dont know the following.  Security shirts were originally given out during the blue sky event a number of years ago. unlike the blue sky shirts that were merely picked up at a vender for cheep, the security shirts and caps you had to collect a set of numbered frags to trade in. if i remember right you got a set for completing your critical mssion i think. but anyways... back then there was no emailing, and storing items was a lot harder and lot more limited. niether the blue sky or security gear has been released since then except on a couple holiday events, where rarebit put a few of them in presents/boxes and hid them around the city. im not sure, but here might be a differnce in stability dots but i dont recall wich was wich without researching it... and now days these things can only be found by buying it off the market or someone else. And because of these factors, there really isnt alot of either of these items around.  These arnt like the winter gear thats released every winter and goes for 10-20million (sometimes higher!) during the offseason. I been actually thinking about auctioning off one of each of these to see how high it might go since i have noticed a huge drop-off rescently over the last 6 months on how many i've seen/heardof being sold.  I would raise your offer to the next area of 25-50million before anyone would even think bout selling one, and IF you find one at that price, i would consider yourself lucky!

and if anyone thinks i'm over pricing them, please come to me and i'll gladly take all your security shirts off your hands at $30mill each, nooo problem!

(To clarify, I knew they were a blue sky item, I had forgotten about the email problem though. I had also not bothered to get oone of these, unlike the blue sky gear.)
