Government Building battle - Vector - 2/11/09

 
The computer hosting Pace and Ookami decided to be pretty unstable during this battle, so thanks to the players there for being patient while the event characters took repeated powders.
 
There were quite a few Mervs around the rooftop at the start, but for a long time it was an even battle all around; Seraphim spawns from people dropping one or more PB4 boxes may have had something to do with making things difficult for anyone to gain a foothold. Mid-battle, both Pace and Ookami were given a good hurting, but their operatives came to their defense and they were able to get back into it. From my camera position on Ghost, I could see that he had a group of dedicated healers around him, and that seemed to make quite a difference as he stayed near full health throughout, even after I'd turned off all health regeneration on the event characters. A great fight.  This will go down as a memorable battle in my book.  Simply Epic!

Just a fantastic fight and a great way for MxO closure for me. We definitly had the longest fight and proved that Vector has the best pvpers

Getting the kill shot on Ookami was pure luck but killing ookami's healer pressing the "c" button and having it target ookami and getting the kill shot was priceless.

Here are some things I saw. It was really fun.

Big props to all the Zion and EPN there. We all stayed relatively organized and were able to stick it to the other orgs.

We had 8 Morpheus' Legacy members there, atleast 4 of the 8  came out of retirement for that fight. Skybruin, ECW42O, and WrecklessEndangerment did a fantastic job at keeping Ghost and our other ML members alive.

It was a little dissapointing that ML didn't get the final blow on Ookami, however we did get the CQ for killing her. We'll prolly post screenies later.

It was an awesome event, and I think we should do that more often! I mean it could just be with 3 lvl 100 npcs up on the roof. They could be set to spawn like once or twice a week at a certain time. Last org's npc standing wins. When two NPCs are down it will activate a trigger to do a system broadcast saying the last npc's org is the winner.
