Has anyone seen any job postings in gaming or developer publications that might suggest what sort of person might be under search for a new lead dev role?
Has anyone applied for any such position?
It might be this will be a case of internal recruitment, but you never know. Brewko's written as a dev; what if.....
According to http://www.station.sony.com/sonyonline/careers.vm the only jobs that arn't Agency specific are QA Assistant Lead and Office Manager.
I doubt there will be a replacement. Rarebit is not essential to the operation of MxO in the eyes of SOE, therefore he won't be replaced.
SOE will likely rely on 9mmfu and Dracomet, if either of them still work on this game.

I have no idea is Dracomet still does, but I'm pretty sure 9mmfu does. He was on the forums yesterday, also.

Sounds like SoE policy to me.
We never got anybody to replaced HCFrog, after all.
