Zion 8.2, 8.3, 9.1. No fighting to do in the majority fo the missions. And I believe 8.2 is entirely without combat.
I haven't done this grind in a few months, but I know that between 8.1 and 9.1 there are a BUNCH of missions that don't require any combat.
Run and run and run and run. *sigh*
