In all honesty, I was shocked when I started playing and NEVER saw it as an attainable item besides from an event that I don't think will even be started again (any time soon that is).
But to the point; I think the System FM-1500 should be a reward item from a collector. The only ideas I have as requirements as to attaining it are: 200 Machine reputation and all Machine archives completed or 500 Machine reputation and all Machine archives completed.
Apparently, it's supposed to be an item that is rewarded to the most dedicated System Operatives, I've seen a bit of those people so far, but I believe only 13 actual people have them in-game.

the reputations dont go up to 200 only 129 i think
127. And if the FM-1500 becomes available then the Assassin's Mask had better be too along with all perpetual FX's and any other reward items given to people who participated in past events.
