Ditto... I need to print that chart and post it next to my computer at home 

I had one similar to that for work, it was a problem solving flow chart - which fit my employer perfectly, seeing as how the combined IQ of the management is somewhere around the 100 mark.
Finally a handy flowchart. About time someone made something like that. Good Job!
It's like a window in to the flowchart of my life!
There needs to be additional Yes/No options for the offspring too:
