I thought it would be good fun to have a thread where people could suggest ideas for new Chapter Items. Please don't suggest anything too overpowered, most items have some kind of weakness to balance out the benefits.
My suggestions:
Patient Gloves
Max Health +15% Max Inner Strength: +20%
The female version could look like red Arasiki Driving Gloves and the male version could be a brown fingerless type so that each would match the appropriate Widow's Moor Cap. The strength of these gloves is the sizeable improvement to health and IS and the detriment is having no defense or resistance (NB: they preclude the use of Quicksilvers). Originally I thought to set these at level 50 but then I realised they'd suit any level as their strength scales accordingly.
Balaclava
Thrown Resistance 20pts Ballistic Damage Resistance 20pts
Disguise Duration 10pts Invisibility Duration 10pts Stealth 10pts
Level 30. This should look essentially like the full-head masks we have now only perhaps with a camoflage pattern or something. The advantage of this item is that it makes it easier for Spies to access dangerous areas and the disadvantage is the lack of protection once caught.
