is there a chapter 11 guide?

I looked around and I don't see a chapter 11 guide. I was wondering if someone has one they can post for us all plz. 

Or  can someone tell me where to find the decelerate anti-override bit ?  

Farm override bits 1,2,3,4. Goto Morrell S, trade in at collector "Neglect" inside nearby building.
