item varification

is there a way or place that you can get detail on an item b4 u buy it...cuz im looking at this override bit(which sounds benificial) but im not sure got it has no detail in the shop

Override Bits are like gang tokens.  Required for certain trades but of no particular value in themselves. 

i saw someone in the game use accelerate i was in the radius so i was effected...i like the effect but wut is the item called/price/ and if its a one time comsumable or abe

That's an Accelerator bit, a one-time use consumable. Generally somewhat hard to get, rare, sort of expensive. Until recently the only ones that existed ingame came from Live Event spawns, now, with level 55 Accelerated NPCs and Danielle Wright running around, they're farmable if you know the right spots.

You need it in order to get some wireframe goodies

Which is level 40 and 50.
