i never see 4 ppl in a area where is every body...im in need of friends,lol my name is the same as my station name (WorldWalker)....the game is nice but it feel strange playing in a MMOPG and i bearly see any body

Sadly, the game is not as populated as it once was. But, there is also the fact that not many people hang out in the area that the new players start out in.
Find the Mara Central hardline. That is where you will find people all the time.

i think ive already been their but imma try again and all though i started yesterday im already lvl 8 so i guess im not doing as bed but hopefuly things will turn out betta

As for everyone being level 50, well...most of us that are still here have been here since the beginning.
Of course, those who are not level 50 don't really stand around much, either, they are mostly out leveling.
Another reason it might be hard to find anyone is because the latest storyline content that was added in the last update is located in the International District. A lot of players are probably there doing the new missions or farming the new gear.
