Since the work of a dev is to architect and design things to delight customers, and the historical work of major MxO CSRs is to ban and compel, sometimes captiously (you know, like whacking people for standing near dataminers), it's hard to see a skills fit. Perhaps "dev" means someting different in Planetside.
No, he's just in a development role.
You know, like, he changed or added to his work load.

On a side note it's funny to see brewko just not care where as our dev's sort of run around with their fingers in thier ears going "la la la la" and deleting threads.
