The new 12.1.2 Mervoingian misson can't be started without "particles 1 through 4" dropped by some accelerated exile groups wandering somewhere in South Vauxton.
I found two groups last night:
-2000 1 -873 drops particle 2
-1243 1 -885 drops particle 3
They regenerate quickly and the drop rate is good. They were level 42 for me (level 50) so not hard to kill.
Despite checking inside buildings and on roof tops though, I could not find the groups that drop particles 1 and 4. Has anyone found those? If so, please share information!

-1895 9 -470 (inside the parking garage) particle 1's
-1425 33 -684 particle 4's.
Next question: Where are the things needed for 12.1.3 found?
