How to get write code 2.0?

I am  trying to get myself set up to be able to repair my items as I need to. I bought all the prereqs but I cannot find write code 2.0.

I wanted to say hello as well. I played in beta and the first year. My name was Amnesty. I had to go and buy the game again because I would not find my old info. * waves*

theres no such thing as write code 2.0

Yes there is and a nice person helped me figure it out last night. I have to upgrade it myself.
