The Event: Gang wars are breaking out all over the city. The long-standing fued between the Demon Army of Tabor Park and the Crossbones of Moriah Projects has reached the breaking point, and as if that weren't enough to rattle the bluepills, the Blackwoods are now getting involved! Soon, it will become an all-out battle between the three, with the citizens of Mega City caught in the crossfire. How long will any of them survive when the city goes under siege from three of Richland's most well-known street gangs? Information: This is the first in what will hopefully be an ongoing series of PvP battles between Zion (The Crossbones), the Machines (The Blackwoods), and the Merovingians (The Demon Army). RSI Captures will be provided for all participants, while they fight each other as representatives of each respective street gang. The gang that lasts the longest will be declared the winner, regardless of how long the brawl lasts. Participants are allowed to use any ability tree or build that they desire. They are also allowed to rez, buff, pop pills, etc. Anything goes! If the event is successful, then expect to see other gangs go to war with each other throughout the city, as Turf Wars continues on. Event Time, Location: The event will take place in Tabor Park, at 3pm MCT (Pacific) on Friday, December 19th. For those of you who don't like to do the math, that's 4pm Mountain, 5pm Central, 6pm Eastern, 11pm GMT. Everyone signing up for this event is asked to do so by replying to this thread, so that reminders can be e-mailed out in-game as necessary. Other Notes: Anyone wishing to help out may do so by helping farm Mammon, Hatchet and Owl Bangheart RSI Captures and e-mailing them to Dulux on the Recursion instance, who will be conducting this event. Also, any/all advertising that can be provided for this event would be helpful. Ooh, this looks like a huge amount of fun! Count me in for help farming the masks (Morraeon would be delighted); not sure if I can make it to the actual rumble, but we'll see...

Make sure you tell your faction mates and friends about it too, cause we're basically just trying to put together a fun event that will bring everyone together for some mass killing! And even if you are too low level or don't like pvp anyways, come along for the fun of being an exile and hanging around with everyone (maybe even have yourself some Exile RP shenanigans while all the fighting is happening).
As for the mask situation, it's coming along, though it appears Owl Bangheart is the most stubborn when it comes to dropping the masks so any help at all would be much appreciated, as stated above just send em to Dulux.

Just wondering, but when you say the gang that lasts the longest will win, assume that you can only die once right? I guess I'm just wondering about the mechanics of this in case it ever comes to Syntax.

I apologize for not clarifying sooner. 
If you die, you may reconstruct, reactivate your RSI Capture, and return to battle. Event officials will be present for the entirety of the event... regardless of how long the battle goes on. The ones still present and fighting (in the greatest number) once the rest have packed it in and left will be declared the winners.
I should also note that those of you from Vector/Syntax who would like to come to the event may, even if it's just in an observatory status. If nothing else, watching the event go down first-hand may give you a better idea of its mechanics, should it ever come to your server... assuming of course that this event is a success.
As promised, signature images to help promote this event. Even if you're not participating, feel free to use them to help support your favorite gang. Don't forget to link them back to this thread, so people can easily find out the details of the event!

Hope we can get enough people to wear em all, cause even if you don't wanna pvp, think of the screenshots!

Thanks to everyone who showed up, was alot of fun to see all the gangs rumbling in the park, the Demon Army defended their turf pretty darn aggressively and fought back the invaders
So congrats to them and thanks to everyone who showed up especially Jardinere, Craftyzee and AltDimenson for handing out the masks.

Suggestions have already come in for another similar event, with a way to make the numbers a little more even so hopefully that happens in the near future.

Sure it was a blast! Of course, being part of the winning side made it sweeter. Thanks for bringing these kind of events.
