WTB rocawear seamens jacket with following stats

I got a Enhanced Burly Wood Reynolds Duster Highcollar with the following stats. I love the stats but hate the jacket, it looks like something a homeless guy stitched together lol.

Melee Damage Resistance (32pts)
Thrown Resistance (32pts)
Health Regen Rate (3%)
Ballistic Damage Resistance (32pts)

If anyone has a different jacket with the same stats could you let me know? I like Rocawear Seamans jackets, but if you got something else let me know and we can negotiate a price.

Just so you know, the stat on that jacket is actually Health Regen Rate Bonus, which is different from the Health Regen Rate stat that you get from the Area K or Direwolf.  Here is how Health Regen Rate Bonus works:

Let's say that your Health Regen Rate Bonus is 5%, and you use Fast Healing 2.0 on yourself.  In the description of Fast Healing 2.0, it says that it upgrades Health Regen Rate by 60%.  However, because of your 5% Health Regen Rate Bonus, Fast Healing 2.0 will actually increase your Health Regen Rate by 63% (60% * 1.05).

It also works for debuffs.  Let's say you use the ability Destroy Health on someone.  The description says that it downgrades Health Regen Rate by 20%.  However, because of the 5% Health Regen Rate Bonus, it will actually decrease their Health Regen Rate by 21% (20% * 1.05).

As far as I know, using Fast Healing 1.0 or 2.0 or Destroy Health is the only time that Health Regen Rate Bonus matters.  So if you never use those abilities, then that stat is completely useless to you.  Knowing this, do you still want a different jacket with the same stats?  If you do, I can make a RocaWear Seaman Jacket with the same stats as your Reynolds Duster, except that it has Viral Resistance instead of Melee Damage Resistance.

I had no idea about that Omega, i thought it was just improving my health regen. I definitly want MA resist tho not viral i got a seamans that does that. However now that i know that the health regen bonus is useless i will have to rethink this. i want a jacket with good MA, ballistic and thrown resist and another usefull stat either offensive or defensive. Thanks for the input tho.
