Lancher brings up browser

I've been away from the game so I decided to reloaded and trying playing it again...  I let the game reload intp my computer from the station launcher, and now when I launch, either from the station client or directly from the launcher.exe the game it brings up both the logon client and a browser window to "Station Account Manager"... I only played the game briefly a couple years ago, and I don't remember this before, so is this what it does these days?  And is there anyway to turn it off?

Should disapear after the first successful login.  If not, I'll look for the dummy file tonight that turns it off.

Thanks, I've been on and off line over a couple days and the browser still keeps comming up.

right click, save as. Save to the MxO folder. Its 0 bytes, and should keep station web from poping up every time.
