Maybe is a nub question, but: that " Heal and Upgrade Area Radius 40%" means that it only increases 40% the area radius or the healin and buff amount too?
Cuz if only increases the area radius it's rly a crappy item, cept for the resistances along with a poor 10% IS cost reduction, but 33 pts res can be found on thousand items.

Its how far the heals/Buffs go. Extends the range. Like Sweep 1.0 Or 2.0 will go 40% further with it on.
It's a good healer item and also might edge the sakura a tad in pvp if you need the extra resist and the is reduction..it's also rare which is why i'd want one..;p

Oh ok, understood, not so special then, i wouldnt pay more than 100 mills for an item like that, but i know what terrifyin farmin it requires to get it so i cud pay no more than 150 mills, to be honest this thing is overpriced (in my point of view).

It's a good Item, But its one of the hardest to farm, So I think its more of the time that spent farming that the Price goes up, But I don't know.
