They need to change how we farm these.  Its a grind to get these and half the time the bits don't even drop on the npcs, at least not for me.

I have an idea though to how this can be fixed or at least give us an alternative.  Combine this idea with the corruptor idea in bathary.  The amount of people in a certain area can spawn, a Wright Runtime, where it will continue to spawn the wright npcs, until the hackers take it down.  It can drop a regular runtime bit.  I still really love the idea of spawning npcs on hostile enemies.

This could be a permanent edition to the district or just one for the sub chapter.  I would prefer the subchapter, because after that part of the story is over I think getting those items should be extremely hard to get, even if the only way to get them is grinding the mission.

It sucks, but farm an hour or two a day, and you'll get more than enough of them in about a week. Just remember to repeat the mission before it finishes.

I've been run-abort-repeat'ing the Merv 11.3.2 mission: The accelerated programs show up after the first mission phase, and I actually found a spot in Vauxton close by a hardline where it seems like the mission area for the first phase spawns itself every time, thus I haven't had to go far to get the bits.
