Hey everyone, glad to see people are still playing and keeping the lore of the matrix alive. I played back in beta but had stop playing somewhere mid 2006. But I reactivated my account and I mostly played on Input, now Vector, but wanted to give a try to the RP aspect of the game. I already have a 50 on this sever and was just wondering who are the well known Machine factions that are really into RP. Thanks in advance for the help.
Sadly, there aren't any Machine RP factions anymore.
The DOE has been lurking around lately, and for the Cypherites, La Sombra seems to be coming back.
The only Machine faction I see around often are the Collective, but they're more about pvp than RP, and I haven't seen much of them around either. 
If you're looking for RP more than anything, on the Zion side I'd recommend us, The Trust. Cake eater side, I'd recommend Familia Grigori. And EPN-wise there's Pluribus Neo.

EDIT: Oh! I forgot! There's Exemplar Triune, who are a three org faction. They've got a Machine branch, and those guys are great people and really into RP. Hit up Praey.

Unleashed is a great machine faction, too.
Also, there is a large scale RP player event about to unfold. You could always particiapate in that and see which other machines join in and then hook up from there.
