Just googled to see if i could find any custom UI's for mxo. I came up with nada, zip. Does anybody know of or use a custom UI. I am unimpressed with the standard one and would love to see a change.

None exist, it's not something that was built into MxO as far as I know. Also, we don't have the resources to change the UI.
Its one of the things i always loved about warcraft..
Would be nice, especially considering how nice some of the original UI elements looked during the design phase, but it's not something MxO supports at all.
There will not be any customizable UI for MxO. Heck its hard enough for us that can to do it 
I can't tell if the Monolith hard-coding the game is an excuse to avoid putting new things into the game, or if it's just something that undeniably can't be touched otherwise the entire game will be FUBAR'd. You'd think that Sony, a vast multi-million dollar company, could have the resources to get this sorted out.

Pretty sure SOE doesn't like people touching their games' files and especially modifying them.
