Hello, There I have Question for Interlock and hotbars

I have question about hotbars and interlock , Is there way to make the hotbar 1 ? and how does Interlock work ? is it manuel attack ? how do you upload attacks to it i tryed everything i cant get it to work o_o (alls i see on there is self defense move on the interlock thingy and if i right click i see green spot so im assuming i can upload somthing to there o.O?) please tell me what im doing wrong (im confused)
