Patch not coming through

I'm trying to patch but at the end of it I get

Patch system error (result code -30):

Unable to move/rename a file (Access Restriction or or read-only).

If you are using Vista, be sure you run MXO as Administrator (right-click the icon and choose "Run As Administrator").

If you are using XP, and are logged on to a Limited user account, try logging on as an Administrative user and running the update again.
