Agreed. It reminded me of Morpheus's shades when I first saw them, but now it's like a cross between that and Veil's.
If I didn't have a pesky thing called class I'd be in there right now. Anyone that's done them all know how hard it is to get the overdrive bit?

Has any zionite completed the third mission yet. Any idea where Ghost means? I assume that's where you get the decel bit from.
I disagree, but w/e. It's a new item. Again, I think the Mervs' content rules.
Another collector at Morrell S, Neglect. Trade Bits 1,2,3,4 for either Decelerate Anti-override, Runtime Anti-override or Signal Jamming Anti-override.

I'll search around later on the rooftops, but the collector just near Morrel South is where you trade for the item. You will need the Bits 1,2,3 and 4 for each one.Those drop from the 11.2 Mobs that spawn on the street for you, so you can work on them solo fairly quickly, just put a bit of time into it.
Got done fairly quickly, but with no live events and just to farm a few items won't take long, what else can we do.
I do like how we get items to farm that can prevent those downgrades, but they ain't that special, unless we knew you'd need them in an event.. 11.3.3 mission went rather fast, was expecting more from it.

I must say that this is the first time I don't fancy any of the new items of clothing. 
I'll probably get some items if they help in pvp, if not... /shrug

That wasn't particularly the intent, although if you're looking at just accuracy, then I suppose they would be. Note that their resistances are lower than usual for level 50.

SSR shades have IS regen, Wireframe glasses don't. So SSR shades >>>>>> Wireframe shades.

You know, I didn't even realise that the female versions weren't called Hel Stompers. I realise they look completely different but so do most male/female collector items but they have the same name. Plus 'Caretaker' doesn't make the same impact as 'Hel Stomper'...

Since they do not have better stats than SSR shades, I guess that would be a "yes".
what lvl 50 would need 40 pts to stealth?
It could be to counter act the valk shades but meh its not all that useful.

Not to mention the -still- most useless Max IS Bonus (only 2 abs exist that are influenced by them, 1 is for proxies, 1 is a debuff, though there is a title that gives a little max IS).
Those damage bonuses on the Hel Stompers are nice.
