Richland/Westview messed up on Recursion

That might be why I can't complete the newest critical and crashed while teleporting. Connection to server error message. I attributed it to the lag I was experiencing at the time.

This is just the first step in changing Recursion into the new test server.  Go ahead and make alts on Syntax and Vector guys and gals.

South Richland (and probably SE Westview) and SE Downtown on Recursion are down. Looks like the kind of thing where we'd have to restart the entire cluster. Since we're on the verge of an update that already had one premature release today, we'll probably just have to sit tight until the update process kicks in and restarts the whole thing later tonight.

SE Downtown is back up. S Slums looks like it's going to stay down.
