Reenable the /ga buddylist group editer please

I think we should have that option back to be able to sort people into groups in are buddy list. I dont see why it was ever removed.

If I recall correctly, it was a function of the chat program used by MxO at the time... once that program (AIM?) wasn't being used any longer and the chat was switch to SOE's chat, that feature was no longer supported. 

I'd love to see it come back though.

It was a function of AIM back in Monolith day. In any case, if any of the other SOE MMO's chat supports that kind of function, also MxO should be capable of doing it (they share the same chat architecture and servers). Since to my knowledge there is no such thing, SOE prolly won't introduce it to their MMOs anyways.

Still, would be nice.
