My favorite club has always been Succubus. I love the red lights.
Janus. Love many different areas you can gather people. It just screams "classy".
But I'm also very partial to Duality in Kedemoth.

I like Club Kirin or that one in Baldwin Heights.
Club Parallaxis, it's so easily accessible and the interior looks so bad... it looks good!

Definitely club Hel since it was in the movies and it's the Merovingian's place! 
But without that it would have to be Succubus, there were a lot of parties there that I have been to that I will always remember and friends used to have one there every Tuesday night and would play songs for everyone and me too
