Yeah, I get Zion NPCs attacking me every so often in standard missions. It's been happening for ages now. I'm sure it's a glitch, but like Refugee, I just consider them turncoats.

I seem to remember having to fight lots of the same org ever since i started missions.
Yeah, I see this all the time too. It's not in every mission or anything, but it's not uncommon for me to end up seeing hostile lower chevron machine NPCs in missions. I don't think I've ever seen an agent (Level 50+ 3 chevron hostile Machine NPC) attack me unless it was part of the actual mission, but I see the exterminators and whatnot once in a while.
