Reports confirm that yesterday's delivery was successful. The delivery, which began at 2pm City time was not completed until 2:51pm City time. An ambush at the download location indicates there are certain Merovingian operatives who now know the precise location of this download terminal. While there was heavy resistance at the upload location, opposing forces were eventually distracted enough that the upload location was left unprotected long enough for the courier to complete his upload.

The courier was terminated five times by ThePhantomPain and revived five times by Paschendale2.

Oh dear indeed. These Merovingian operatives are quite fickle aren't they now? I wonder who will end up benefitting the most from their help, or betrayal. Valuable information I think they have about the download location too.

Now if only there would be some operatives to bring Buffer Overflow to the fight. Five kills on the courier in the last delivery and not a single revival applied within one minute of each death. With the Buffer Overflow debuff running during any one of those kills, the delivery surely would have failed. Tricky though since it only lasts one minute and has to be active at death for it to reduce the courier's reconstruct timer to one minute. But well worth the effort for the difference it could make.

You do seem to be getting into the swing of things dear, two secondary objectives in a row. Keep this up and you may begin to get the attention of your terrorist leaders.

Just a little added note here. When there are mutliple objectives involving the same target, only one kill per individual operative can be credited. So Omega04 wouldn't be able to get credit for a second kill of ThePhantomPain this week. But he could get credit for two secondary objectives in one week if the targets where different.

Reports confirm that today's delivery was successful. The delivery, which began at12pm noon City time was not completed until 1:03pm City time.  Despite the upload location being known to certain Merovingian operatives, there was only a brief attack on the courier at the upload location before he departed on his delivery. Information about the exact download location in Eshean could prove to be very valuable to opposing forces trying to prevent these deliveries from succeeding by arriving early at the download location.

Heavy resistance at the upload location resulted in numerous deaths and revivals of the courier before the delivery was completed. It is now clear that the long duration of the delivery came close to risking destabilizing the code stored in the courier's buffer. Every ten minutes after the first 70 minutes of the compressed code being stored in the courier's buffer, there is a 20% increasing chance the upload will fail. After two hours, the compressed code becomes too unstable and the upload is guaranteed to fail. The code was uploaded only 12 minutes before distabilization would become a growing risk factor of failure at upload.

The courier was terminated four times by Denary, two times by P0ul, two times by Sheela4 and one time by Genesis01. The courier was revived four times by Nubious81, two times by Hydrazine and two times by KevinXSer. The Buffer Overflow, applied by P0ul, was active at death once.

I've made a clerical error in this week's secondary objectives that I need to correct. Merovingian operatives are always entitled to complete any secondary objective they are capable of completing. So they should never be restricted from completing any secondary objective that has a Machine or Cypherite operative as its target. My apologies for any confusion this may have caused now or at any time in the past if this error has occurred before.

I thought for sure that silly Courier knew better than to attempt deliveries on a Sunday.  RR will be there to stop him.

I was the one who got the killing blow, not someone else.  The only reason it didn't say "sheel4 was just killed by Omega04." is because I was just a couple of meters too far away.  I hope this still counts.

With a confirmation from the victim, no objection and combined total damage of 2,714, I can see no reason not to accept this proof of completing a secondary objective.

March 26 Secondary Objectives:

Reports confirm yesterday's delivery was successful. There was no termination or revival of the courier so there are no secondary objectives for the April 3 delivery.

The courier had minimal support while there was heavy Machine and Merovingian presence at the upload location. It is clear that Merovingain operative hostilities preoccupied Machine operatives at the upload area and was critical towards the success of this delivery. Therefore it seems appropriate for the Merovinigan organization to receive credit for the success of this delivery.

I will consider feedback on this decision for another day or two before making it final.

I think Manatik had took down the Courier at one point which means he would have to of been rezzed.

(I think it was actually the other way about, machines were out the otherside of the building and was fighting with us, by the time i jumped inot the builiding i got a kick in the face by tony and read upload completed but if you see it as us doing the preoccuping, so be it )

Was fun as usual  PvP went on for about 2 hours i think (thats when i logged anyways)

The kill by Manatikluniac occurred before the compressed code package had been downloaded into the courier's buffer so a revival was not necessary. ZionCourier reconstructed and returned again to download the package.  

Kills before or after the compressed code package has been downloaded or uploaded do not count towards establishing secondary objectives. Only kills and revivals of the courier while he has the compressed code package loaded in his buffer count towards establishing secondary objectives.

If the Merovingians did not intend on helping ZionCourier, and it sounds like they didn't, then I don't think they should get credit for the delivery.

Due to unexpected maintenance of the code, Zion has rescheduled this delivery for Friday, May 1 at 2pm City time.

The operative Dessiminare has reported the location of the download terminal to be in Eshean at 1123 -4 -1695.
